A Beloved Reminder From Rumi

Fellow Rumi lovers, a gift from Rumi to remind you that you have feelings for a reason💖🙏🏻+ some Lisbeth commentary on this gift.

Perhaps the most powerful gift you’ve been given in this lifetime is the ability to sense your feelings. The way you feel is the guiding light to your true self + the roadmap to fulfilling your soul purpose.

The way you feel is the litmus test to whether you are in or out of alignment with your soul. When you cut yourself off from this divine wisdom it makes you feel LOUSY.

Life is A L W A Y S providing exactly what you need to fulfill your soul purpose.

Before you go trying to run or hide from your strong emotions, perhaps you can begin to welcome them, for they come bearing great gifts?

“The Guest House” by RUMI is a wonderful metaphor for the divine gift that all of life offers us. The question is, are you up for the opportunity?

My favorite line from Rumi’s poem,

“Be grateful for whoever comes, because each has been sent as a guide from beyond.”

I see every obstacle and detour on life’s path as divine and Source’s way of pressing PAUSE so that you can catch up with the most aligned energetic version of yourself.

Sometimes this means you need to gather more research, you need more time to process, you need more discernment, or perhaps more acceptance to truly understand what’s awaiting you in the wings of your most fully expressed self.

Life is not always rainbows 🌈and unicorns,🦄 however how you navigate the detours determines the depth of your suffering + joy.

You can experience both and in your lifetime. Both pain and joy, but the pain does not have to hijack your life and derail the fulfillment of your soul purpose.

This perspective is relatively new for me. 👋I certainly wasn’t always like this, and then I had a major breakthrough.

After experiencing a major life disappointment and going through all of the emotions, anger, resentment, shame, disappointment, and sadness what I came to realize was that this situation was not a curse, rather a blessing in disguise.

If that circumstance turned out the way I originally planned, I would not have been available for all of the gifts that came afterwards. I would not be fulfilling my own soul purpose had I not had that monumental insight.

Your soul/higher self has the 10k foot view of your life + when you’re paying attention will show you every single step of the way to fulfilling your soul purpose. This is code for way more FUN, more JOY + daddy mac ALIGNMENT so that you can co-create all the blessings, magic, and abundance that your soul can muster.
